When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed at approximately 11:00 am Eastern Time Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped approximately at 3:00 pm the day your order has been processed. It is possible that your order may be processed after 11:00 am. We make every effort possible to get your order out ASAP. Most orders leave our store the day ordered. That’s good news! Some items may be backordered though, please be aware there is a possible 3-5 business day processing time for some items. You will be notified if this is the case.

How will I know if my order was backordered?
If your order was backordered and we could not provide you with your purchase in the time requested, then you will receive an e-mail or phone call informing you of the circumstances. For example, if you order 2nd day shipping but we cannot get the item to you in the allotted time we will inform you.
