How do I return an item?

 Please note: This return policy only governs merchandise purchased from our online store. In-store purchases are governed by the return policies posted in store. At Jacqueline Rank Swim we strive for exceptional customer service. In order to be able to continue that trend on the web, we are happy to accept swimwear returns up to 15 days from the date of receipt and we can accept exchanges up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns/exchanges past 30 days.

Can I return a swimsuit I have purchased from your website?
Yes. You can return an item you have purchased from our website as long as it was not noted as a non-returnable item. The items must have been purchased in the last 15 days and be unused and in re-sellable condition. Just e-mail info@jacquelinerank.com to obtain a return form to include with your merchandise.

Can I still return a purchase after 15 days?
Yes. You can return a purchase within 30 days for a store credit or exchange. Once again the items must be unused and in re-sellable condition.

How do I ship back a return/exchange?
In order to be able to offer you one of the best swimwear return policies on the internet, if you choose to return a purchase, the return shipping is the customers responsibility. You may choose a shipping carrier at your discretion but please ship via a trackable method, as Jacqueline Rank Swim is not liable for any returns undelivered.
